Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our premium ceremonial grade matcha.
What is the difference between Ceremonial and Culinary grade matcha?
Our Ceremonial grade is made from the youngest tea leaves, stone-ground to a fine powder for a smooth, delicate taste intended to be whisked with water. Culinary grade has a bolder flavor profile designed to stand out when mixed into lattes, smoothies, or baked goods.
Where is Nami Matcha sourced from?
All Nami Matcha is sustainably sourced directly from organic tea farms in Uji, Japan, a region world-renowned for producing the highest quality green tea for over 800 years.
How should I store my matcha to keep it fresh?
To maintain vibrancy and flavor, store your matcha in its original airtight tin in a cool, dark place. For maximum freshness, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator and consuming it within 2 months of opening.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened matcha. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Is Nami Matcha tested for heavy metals and radiation?
Yes, safety and purity are our top priorities. Every batch of Nami Matcha undergoes rigorous third-party laboratory testing to ensure it is free from radiation, heavy metals, and harmful pesticides.
