At Nami Matcha, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium tea experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer returns or replacements on damaged or unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the unopened matcha tins or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement tin immediately.
